Jen recognized my potential in the new Digital Publishing department and recommended me for a senior position there. It turned out to be one of the best career moves I made. She strives to understand each employee as an individual. and is an expert at helping executives understand how to best utilize every employee.
I briefly got to work with Jen again at my new startup Asteri Networks. We brought her in to help with compensation, benefits, and stock programs. So the cliché "would you work with them again?" is YES! I made sure that happened. :)
You cannot go wrong with Jen. She is simply one of the most positive and enjoyable personalities you will encounter. Makes me smile just thinking about her.
